Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures across all areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances effectively. Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or large items with proper techniques to ensure safety. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working order for optimal performance. Experience Previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with janitorial or custodial procedures, including floor care and surface cleaning techniques. Experience with outdoor work or outdoor cleaning tasks is a plus. Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks comfortably during cleaning routines.
