The Comfort Station Housekeeper maintains clean, sanitary, and well-stocked comfort stations, restrooms, laundry facilities, and public areas throughout the resort. This role performs routine cleaning, restocks supplies, removes trash, reports maintenance needs, and helps ensure a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests while supporting other housekeeping functions as needed. Comfort Station Housekeeper:

Assures that the comfort stations are tidy, sanitary, and have all of the necessary supplies. While primary responsibility will be to focus on cleaning Comfort Stations, must be willing to cross train for all areas of housekeeping as needed. Meets or exceeds Member service expectations. Must be self-motivated, but also able to work well with other team members as needed. Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual. Performs other duties as assigned.

The Comfort Station Housekeeper Will:

Clean toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors according to checklist and time specifications. Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Transport janitorial supplies and cleaning supplies. . Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. Dust and polish shelving, ledges, and equipment. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy. Polish silver accessories and metalwork such as fixtures and fittings. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as necessary. Notify supervisor concerning the need for repairs or additions to comfort station operating systems. Observe precautions required to protect Hart Ranch Members property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Remove debris from driveways and all public areas inside or out. Clean attached laundry facilities and wipe down machines. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and bathroom items. Must be at least 18 years of age. Have a valid driver's license Must be a motivated self-starter Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as part of daily duties Minimum availability May 1 - September 30 of 28 hours per week Minimum availability October of 25 hours per week (October 1 - April 30)
