Role:

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team . This role is perfect for someone who is self motivated and ready to work. You will primarily handle Airbnb turnovers and short-term rental cleanings and some residential cleans.

How It Works:

Work 20-35 hoursper week with the option to take on more projects if desired Projects are available during daytime hours , 7 days a week Locations vary throughout the Black Hills , including: Spearfish Deadwood Sturgis Rapid City Custer Hermosa and surrounding areas

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, self-motivated individuals Strong attention to detail (Airbnb cleanings require a high standard!) Ability to work independently Own transportation to travel between locations Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we can train the right person Willing to travel within the

Northern Hills Responsibilities:

Clean and reset Airbnb/short-term rental units Change linens, restock supplies, and prepare properties for the next guest Follow checklists and maintain quality standards Communicate when projects are completed
