Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills required. Ability to learn inventory management systems and warehouse procedures. Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 months of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, material handling, or storeroom experience preferred. Experience operating a sit-down forklift and pallet jack is highly desirable. Previous experience with cycle counting, inventory control, and receiving operations preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience using computers for inventory tracking and product transactions. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the work shift. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move warehouse materials as required. Capable of operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain attendance reliability. Job Duties Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory and supplies. Unload trucks and verify shipments against packing documentation. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives. Operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack to move materials safely throughout the facility. Issue products and materials to internal customers while providing excellent customer service. Use inventory management systems and computers daily to track transactions and maintain accurate records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment. Support warehouse and inventory operations to ensure uninterrupted production and customer service needs.
