Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and appropriate sanitation techniques Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout assigned areas Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and custodial procedures Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning assignments and schedules Prior experience with laundry services or housekeeper management is a plus but not required Join our team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service while advancing your skills in the housekeeping industry.
