MEN'S LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT POSITION DESCRIPTION

Full time / Part Time (seasonal) Locker Room Attendants are responsible for meeting the needs of members and their guests through keeping the men's locker room clean, stocked, and fresh at all times. Engage in positive conversations with members and their guests at any point of contact Manage the organization of all amenities offered in the locker room Monitor and maintain the clean appearance of the locker room At times may have to serve Food and Beverage Shoe polishing Assure that member satisfaction standards are consistently attained Create a desirable atmosphere through attitude, appearance, and knowledgeable service Skills Having a flexible schedule. Available on weekends, holidays, early mornings, late evenings. Comfortable with standing for long periods of time. Ability to lift objects upwards of 50 lbs during various daily tasks. Ability to work independently. Basic laundry knowledge. Education/Experience Highest level of education required: High school diploma or GED Must be 18+ General knowledge and enjoyment of the game of golf preferred but not required Must have or plan to obtain an ABC license Hourly rate (based on experience) $14-20/hour. Compensation package also includes team uniforms, an employee appreciation fund (end of season), scholarship opportunities, and meals while on duty.
