Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team and help maintain a clean environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality deep cleaning services across residential and private business settings, ensuring all spaces meet sanitation standards and look their best. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of the homeowners, making every space shine with cleanliness and order. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens and all other areas as requested. Implement proper deep cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met. Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools effectively and safely. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, ironing and organizing linens or clothing items. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, equipment, or supplies while adhering to safety protocols as needed. Communicate professionally with homeowners and or managers to understand specific deep cleaning needs and provide exceptional cleaning service. Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors in residential or private business spaces while respecting homeowners preferences and privacy. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling techniques for various cleaning supplies. Ability to perform outdoor work when required for exterior cleaning or maintenance tasks. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Excellent communication skills. Experience with specialized deep cleaning is a plus. A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, sanitation standards, and homeowner/ manager satisfaction. Job will be in various locations in
