Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards. Possible laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces spotless and well-maintained. Use manual handling techniques safely for heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while adhering to safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs, provide updates on cleaning schedules, and ensure satisfaction with services rendered. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and sanitation tools. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as hardwood floors, tiles, countertops, and appliances. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while managing time efficiently to meet deadlines. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Physical capability for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work conditions.
