What We Offer Starting pay $15/hour during training period (2-3 months) $16/hour after successfully completing training Up to $17/hour during your first year based on performance, reliability, and growth Tips Weekly Pay W-2 employee position with taxes withheld and workers' compensation coverage Paid drive time between jobs and milage Flexible weekday schedule based on your consistent availability Daytime hours only. No evening shifts Optional weekend opportunities for extra hours. Weekend work is never required Supportive, family-first work environment Opportunities for raises and increased responsibility as you grow with our company What You'll Do Clean residential homes with care and attention to detail Dust, vacuum, mop, clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other living areas Follow our proven cleaning systems to provide consistent, high-quality service Work independently or with a teammate depending on the day's schedule Communicate professionally and kindly with clients and coworkers What We're Looking For We want team members who naturally live out the values that matter most to us.
