The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of public areas within the hotel. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize common areas according to hotel standards. Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Address maintenance issues promptly. Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned efficiently. Maintain an organized supply cart and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks. Complete maintenance work orders as they come in Maintain pool area and pool Pick up grounds daily ensuring a clean property appearance Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving items as necessary. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
