Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Handle manual lifting of cleaning supplies, furniture, or other items safely and efficiently during routine tasks Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining discretion and respect for privacy Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation standards Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during cleaning tasks Familiarity with outdoor work environments and outdoor cleaning techniques is a plus Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Strong attention to detail in dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and overall housekeeping management Effective client communication skills to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns Join us in creating clean, welcoming homes where clients feel comfortable and cared for!
