Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows and glass surfaces are clean, clear, and streak-free in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to work as part of a team under our crew leader. Duties Perform window cleaning duties on various types of buildings, mostly residential no higher than 3 stories, mostly 1 or 2 stories. Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to achieve optimal results company provided Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights. Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment used during the cleaning process. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service expectations and any issues encountered. Perform professional pressure washing, house washes, and gutter cleanouts. Skills Experience in window cleaning and pressure washing is required. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. This position does require a background check as you will be entering and serving in client's homes. You will be expected to wear the company T-Shirt to every job which is provided, have great customer service, take great care in the customers property, take care of the company equipment and use it correctly. You will be expected to meet the crew leader at a central location and go to jobs from there. Pay will be hourly or commission based, whichever you prefer, you keep 100% of tips. You will be expected to be open to criticism and be able to make adjustments in your cleaning methods if required. We give our customers 100% satisfaction guarantees and a you don't pay unless its perfect system, so the job needs to be done correctly and up to standard every single time. Extra pay available when there are no jobs on the schedule or you finish your day early through a door-card marketing plan we run. Hours are somewhat flexible, this is a service based business but we stay busy. Most days will be between 8 am to 4pm. You are expected to arrive to the customers address on time and begin working swiftly, most days you will have more than one job to complete. We have a company van you would go to jobs in.
