High school graduate preferred.

Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, orderly, and inviting environment for our residents. Perform laundry services. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, stripping, washing, and shampooing. Clean furniture, closets, telephone areas, and vents. Sanitize sinks, counters, stainless steel surfaces, and waste receptacles. Manage inventory to ensure supplies are available. Wash windows and walls, including removal of drapery and rugs as directed. Follow OSHA standards for handling infectious waste. Adhere to cleanliness, hygiene, and health best practices. Perform job duties in accordance with residents' plan of care. Conduct oneself professionally in compliance with facility policies. Foster positive interactions with all stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service to support resident care. Participate in identifying staff educational needs. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods. Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
