Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing to preserve a polished appearance. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio cleaning or yard tidying when necessary. Use manual handling techniques safely for heavy lifting tasks related to furniture or large cleaning supplies. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized service that enhances their experience. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with knowledge of janitorial practices. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety. Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled windows while maintaining quality. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, outdoor work, and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and needs.
