Job Description

Housekeeping Attendant Hourly position - $15.00/hour Shift requirement is 3p-11p, plus flexible to work weekends and holidays.
PURPOSE :
Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for keeping the Gaming Facility and other Naskila buildings in clean and orderly condition. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls, keeping glass/windows clean at all times and removing any trash accumulated throughout the Gaming property.

N/A ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
: Perform routine maintenance activities. Service, clean and keep stocked all supplies needed for the restrooms. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Gather and empty trash. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent injury to yourself and/or damage to floors and fixtures. Use all materials as directed on containers and direction for Supervisor. Schedule work to meet normal requirements without interfering with Guests and Team Members. Other duties as assigned.

Six (6) months prior experience in a guest environment.
REQUIRED TRAINING
: New Team Member Orientation Team Member Policy Handbook Department Policy Handbook Guest Service Standards Any position related training deemed necessary by Department Manager
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
: Must possess sensitivity to the Native American culture. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License. Must comply with all Naskila Casino Policies. Must successfully complete an Introductory Period. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner. Must follow all Safety Rules and Regulations. Must adhere to Dress Code and Appearance Policies. Must maintain and wear uniform provided by Naskila Casino, if applicable. Practice good personal hygiene. Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary by the Department Manager.
