In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Handle various cleaning agents and chemicals safely in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS) and hotel protocols to ensure effective sanitation while maintaining safety standards. Use janitorial equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, mops, and scrubbers efficiently to achieve optimal floor care results. Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or hazards to ensure guest and staff safety. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supplies used, and safety compliance to support hotel housekeeping management.
