This opportunity may be a good fit for someone looking for supplemental income, a smaller flexible workload, or cleaning opportunities that can grow over time as client demand allows. Most of our residential cleaning opportunities take place Monday through Friday between approximately 8 AM and 6 PM. We are currently especially interested in cleaners with consistent Friday availability , with additional weekday availability being a plus. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliability and professional communication Respect for clients' homes and belongings Reliable transportation Willingness to complete a background check if selected Comfort working independently in residential homes Ability to meet the physical demands of residential cleaning Access to appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for accepted cleaning jobs Professional cleaning experience is helpful, but it is not necessarily required. We are also interested in people with strong personal or informal cleaning experience, good judgment, reliability, and a willingness to learn. What to Expect This is an independent contractor opportunity . Compensation is based on completed cleaning jobs rather than hourly employment. Cleaning opportunities are available based on cleaner availability and client demand. A new cleaner may begin with a smaller number of cleaning opportunities, with the potential for additional work as availability, mutual fit, and client demand allow.
