Job Description

MRC's PineCrest is the area's only Senior Living Community that offers the full-continuum of care. We are looking for a Weekend Housekeeper who enjoys making a resident's day with excellent service. As a Housekeeper at PineCrest, your responsibilities include keeping all areas of the community clean, neat, attractive and safe for residents and guests. Your success will be achieved by demonstrating the ICARE values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. Understanding this is the residents' home is the key responsibility of each and every employee.

Qualifications:
High School diploma, or its equivalent, is desired, but not required After thorough on-the-job training, be able to demonstrate the correct use of chemical processes, supplies, protective gear and tools assigned Knowledge of basic computer skills Ability to communicates professionally, respectfully and tactfully in all situations Models a service attitude toward others and ICARE values of Methodist Retirement Communities. Takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, families and coworkers Recognizes this work as a Christian ministry Maintains regular attendance and punctuality
