South Texas Building Maintenance LLC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping/Environmental Services Technicians to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional environments at our customers' facilities.

Pay:
based on experience Key Responsibilities Clean and disinfect assigned rooms, offices, restrooms, corridors, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform other routine housekeeping duties. Empty trash and properly handle waste according to facility procedures. Clean and restock restrooms and other designated areas. Follow established infection-prevention, safety, and cleaning procedures. Use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and correctly. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, spills, or damaged equipment. Complete assigned cleaning duties thoroughly and within the scheduled shift. Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service. Follow all customer confidentiality, security, and workplace requirements. Qualifications Previous commercial or healthcare housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers. Must be willing to complete required safety and job-specific training. Must be able to pass applicable background checks and drug screening. Reliable transportation to assigned work locations is required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, and pull while performing cleaning duties. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to operate standard commercial housekeeping equipment.
