In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, managing laundry, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your attention to detail, time management skills, and positive attitude will contribute to creating welcoming and hygienic spaces that exceed expectations. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens. Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying floor care treatments to maintain a polished appearance. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for clients. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely while adhering to proper handling protocols. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces when required, including sweeping patios or outdoor furniture. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs, provide updates on work completed, and address any special requests or concerns. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform floor cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling procedures for chemicals. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or projects. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.
