Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, dusting surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining attention to detail. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to promote a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or housekeeping management is a plus. Ability to work independently and part of a team in fast-paced settings. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
