Conduct floor care activities such as polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine flooring conditions. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing requests promptly and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and functioning. Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules, safety guidelines, and quality standards consistently. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or hospitality industry experience is a plus. Capable of handling cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, carpet cleaners, and steamers safely and effectively.
