Job Description

Housekeeping team members are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of cottages, clubhouse spaces, and related facilities to ensure members and guests experience a welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of the Lodging team, your essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain daily cleanliness of clubhouse, cottage, and other designated facilities on the property. Assist with the setup, maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of clubhouse and cottage storage areas. Prepare cottages and common areas for arrivals, departures, and daily use in accordance with presentation standards. Support linen, laundry, and cottage setup and teardown activities as assigned. Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Assist other areas of the club as needed to support overall operations. Maintain club personal appearance standards and wear assigned uniforms. Adheres to all Dormie Network's policies, procedures and service standards. Work collaboratively with all employees to promote an efficient, professional, and service-driven environment. Maintain a courteous, service-oriented presence, demonstrating professionalism, appreciation, and a willingness to assist members, guests, and fellow employees at all times.

Demonstrates a service-first mindset and supports a hospitality-driven culture aligned with Club standards through the cleanliness and presentation of guest and member spaces. Maintains professionalism and a courteous, service-oriented demeanor in all interactions. Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with team members and supervisors. Exhibits strong organizational skills and attention to detail in cleaning assignments and room preparation. Demonstrates effective time management skills and consistently meets established deadlines. Applies practical problem-solving skills to routine housekeeping needs in a fast-paced environment. Works independently within assigned responsibilities while remaining a dependable and collaborative team member. Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic in daily tasks. Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information. Performs effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on Club operations and member needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a customer service or housekeeping role preferred.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and turn during cleaning, laundering, and cottage setup activities. Ability to visually inspect cottages and facilities to assess cleanliness and presentation. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
