Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and hallways. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens Maintain flooring through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe. Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure readiness for future residents and guests. Manage custodial tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and janitorial procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate politely and effectively with residents or guests. Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Experience with custodial responsibilities in hospitality settings enhances your candidacy.
