• We are seeking diligent, reliable, and professional house cleaners as well as established cleaning companies and teams of cleaners to partner with us as 1099 contracted employees.

As part of InHome Partners, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' homes. This role is ideal for individuals and teams who take pride in their work, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to delivering high-quality service.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, ensuring all rooms and surfaces are spotless and pristine.
• Execute comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality, providing an immaculate environment for our clients.
• Arrive punctually for scheduled cleaning appointments and manage time efficiently to complete tasks within the designated timeframe.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests, maintaining excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and professional working environment.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in professional cleaning, especially within residential settings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent time management skills and punctuality.

• Compensation:

• This is a 1099 contracted position.
• Revenue from cleanings will be split between the cleaner and the company, with specific terms to be negotiated based on experience and performance.

This means you will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the job including mileage, insurance, supplies and equipment. Please reply yes if you understand that.
