Responsibilities:

Responsible for cleanliness of assigned rooms and communicating to the property manager any maintenance needs of the property. Responsible for cleaning properties to company and owner standards. Possess knowledge of housekeeping and chemical use. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in a timely manner Complete laundry and assist with linen management as needed Provide excellent customer service to guests or residents
