Job Summary Job will be Wednesday Sept 2, 8am-1pm. We have a one day move out cleaning for a home in the Spring area. This role involves performing detailed cleaning tasks, handling cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, and delivering exceptional service to clients during move-out transitions. Your efforts will help create a spotless, sanitized environment that meets high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your attention to detail and proactive approach will make a real difference. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential or commercial properties, including floors, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Handle cleaning equipment and chemical products safely, following all safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards and infection control protocols to promote a healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about cleaning progress and addressing any specific requests or concerns. Skills Proven janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning practices. Skilled in window cleaning, pressure washing, and floor care techniques. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and chemical dispensers. Ability to handle chemicals safely while adhering to proper handling procedures. positive attitude and professional demeanor.
