Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to ensure all surfaces are maintained to the highest standards. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns from clients. Assist with property cleaning duties, ensuring that rooms are welcoming and tidy. Carry out commercial cleaning tasks as needed, maintaining a professional appearance in business environments. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies. Ability to perform tasks efficiently while paying attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is a plus.
