The role includes performing a variety of cleaning duties, maintaining equipment and supplies, and supporting the overall member experience. Facility Cleaning & Maintenance Clean outside glass and interior mirrors. Wipe down equipment, doors, and floors as needed. Empty trash receptacles daily. Sweep and mop floors, stairwells, and staircases. Clean carpets and hard-surface floors as needed. Clean fitness equipment thoroughly. Clean bathrooms, including tiles, tubs, walls, sinks, and mirrors. Dust furniture and fixtures daily. Clean management offices daily. Mop and sweep lobby floors. Locker Room Responsibilities Sweep, mop, remove trash, and dust locker rooms. Clean and sanitize restrooms & locker rooms. Toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors Showers and floors Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper. Clean out lint and maintain general tidiness. Buff locker/lobby room floors as needed. Equipment & Supply Maintenance Clean Maintain and organize cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, and vacuum cleaners. Ensure equipment is kept in good condition and stored properly. Requirements:

Qualifications Minimum of three (3) months' experience in housekeeping or janitorial services. Three (3) months' customer service experience preferred. Experience in hospitality or health clubs is a plus. High school diploma or GED preferred. Skills & Competencies Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time‑management skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must be able to work as part of a professional and cohesive team. Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motions. Ability to push/pull cleaning carts and equipment.
