This position plays an important role in supporting our housekeeping team and maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas. Responsibilities Remove trash and dirty laundry from guest rooms and designated areas. Take out trash and maintain clean, organized work areas. Sweep, mop, and clean windows as needed. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and other laundry. Operate commercial washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment. Organize and maintain laundry and storage rooms. Assist the housekeeping team with making beds and preparing guest rooms. Load, unload, and organize boxes, supplies, and equipment. Safely transport laundry and supplies using carts and proper lifting techniques. Clean and sanitize laundry areas, equipment, and surrounding spaces. Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and internal team members when needed. Follow all safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures. Qualifications Previous cleaning or laundry experience is preferred but not required . Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move supplies and laundry. Ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Good communication skills and a dependable, professional attitude.
