We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team and help us deliver the standard of care our clients count on. Job Summary As a Cleaning Technician, you'll travel to client homes and perform thorough, high-quality cleaning services that meet our company standards. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, is trustworthy in clients' homes, and enjoys a schedule that varies from day to day. Key Responsibilities Arrive on time and be reliable for all scheduled jobs Perform cleaning services to the Company's quality standards Treat client homes and belongings with care and respect Avoid handling or disturbing personal items unless necessary to complete cleaning tasks Accurately and honestly report all hours worked Use your own vehicle to travel to and from job locations Notify the Company immediately of any unsafe or hazardous conditions encountered on the job Qualifications Previous cleaning experience required (residential cleaning preferred) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work Trustworthy and comfortable working independently in clients' homes Good time management and communication skills Work Schedule Monday - Friday 9am-1pm. Schedules vary based on client needs and availability. Flexibility is a plus, but we work to find a schedule that fits.
