We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, hardworking Houseman to join our team to maintain our clean, organized, and welcoming units. This position includes preparing rooms for new guest by completing the following duties Duties Stripping and removing of all linens in the unit Ability to lift heavy laundry bags in and out of units and into truck Checking for stains and taking them to the designated area for stain removal Gathering all trash and recycling Loading linens, trash, recycling, stained items, borrow items, etc. into truck to haul off to shed Unloading truck of all linens and trash Reporting of any maintenance issues or damaged items Helping with setting tv's up for upcoming guest Sweeping outside concrete sidewalks Processing laundry Cleaning porches, cobwebs, window, etc. Support housekeeping staff by handling laundry with care Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets excellence! This job consists of weekdays and weekends, two days off a week, 40 hour per week. Also comes with a end of year bonus if you stay with our team the whole year :) Hours will range from 9:30am-Done with work (hours will range)

MUST HAVE VAILD DRIVER LICENICE
