Duties Greet guests warmly and provide clear instructions about escape room experiences and safety procedures Oversee the setup and breakdown of escape room scenarios, ensuring all puzzles and props are in place and functioning correctly Monitor guest progress during their escape experience, offering hints or assistance when appropriate while maintaining an energetic atmosphere Enforce safety protocols, including emergency procedures such as first aid or CPR if needed Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including processing cash transactions using POS systems Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue, including manual handling of equipment or furniture as required Requirements Previous experience in events management, hospitality, retail sales, or outdoor work is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations Ability to handle conflict effectively while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude Knowledge of safety protocols including first aid, CPR certification preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during setup or cleanup activities Experience working with children or in entertainment venues such as theaters or resorts is advantageous Familiarity with POS systems for processing cash transactions; basic math skills for managing payments accurately Comfortable working outdoors or in active environments; previous lifeguard or outdoor activity experience is a plus Join us to deliver thrilling adventures while ensuring safety and exceptional service!
