Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas using established procedures and industry-standard cleaning techniques Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care methods to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Follow safety protocols during cleaning tasks, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with janitorial duties for larger facilities or industrial cleaning projects as needed Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly service and ensuring all areas are pristine and inviting Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is advantageous Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads throughout shifts Join us in creating memorable experiences through cleanliness and hospitality excellence!
