In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring each space meets our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to an exceptional guest experience, fostering satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently. Perform routine cleaning tasks in public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold cleanliness standards. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards. Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to prevent contamination and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Maintain accurate records of rooms cleaned and supplies used throughout each shift. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within commercial or hospitality settings. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify cleanliness standards and execute tasks thoroughly. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled shifts. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures is highly desirable. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
