Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Attendant and play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents. This energetic position offers the opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise, attention to detail, and customer service skills. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various spaces, ensuring every area is sanitized, organized, and inviting. Your dedication will directly contribute to the overall satisfaction and safety of our guests and residents. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing carpet cleaning as needed Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests or residents Assist with janitorial tasks like trash removal, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks effectively Join us in delivering outstanding cleanliness and comfort!
