Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and bathroom sanitation Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and carpet extractors with precision and safety in mind Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary to access hard-to-reach areas or perform outdoor cleaning duties Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all tools are used correctly and stored safely Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when required Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Demonstrated reliability with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
