Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maid to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms, providing guests with a comfortable and welcoming environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed to meet quality standards. Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs, ensuring they are hygienic and well-maintained. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items to ensure guest needs are met. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department. Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and staff. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or similar cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are important for guest interactions and teamwork.
