In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests or residents. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that every space meets high standards of hygiene and presentation. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors, all while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Ensure all laundry items are properly sorted, cleaned, pressed or dried, and stored or distributed accordingly Assist with dry cleaning services when required, coordinating with external vendors for specialized cleaning needs Maintain cleanliness of laundry facilities and storage areas, adhering to safety and hygiene standards Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for daily operations Follow established procedures for sanitation, safety protocols, and quality control to uphold high standards of service Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or hotel environment preferred Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, stain removal, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, welcoming spaces!
