Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and responsible House Cleaner to join our team and help maintain pristine, welcoming environments for our clients. That speaks Spanish. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional residential cleaning services, ensuring every space is spotless, sanitized, and comfortable. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for homeowners and tenants alike. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly impact client satisfaction and the overall cleanliness of their homes. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors Maintain cleanliness of surfaces by wiping down counters, appliances, fixtures, and furniture regularly Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs or special requests while providing friendly customer service Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods without compromising quality Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, dusting, and surface sanitation Hands-on experience with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and specialized cleaning equipment Demonstrated ability to be responsible and on time Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively Customer service experience that enables clear communication with clients about their needs and preferences Teamwork skills; able to work and communicate effectively as a team Join us in creating clean, healthy homes where clients feel comfortable and cared for!
