We serve the Greater Seattle area — Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Seattle and nearby cities. Our goal isn't just a clean space — it's giving each client a feeling of order, care, and trust. We hire directly as W-2 employees, invest in paid training, and offer a clear path for people to grow with us. What We Offer Clear pay progression: $18/hr in training → $22 → $26 → $28 → $30+/hr, based on performance and reliability Paid travel between clients — $17.13 per trip between homes 100% of your tips are yours to keep W-2 employment, with pay issued twice a month Cleaning supplies provided, and we provide your first vacuum cleaner Flexible schedule — full-time and part-time available Consistent clients and a stable workload Clear growth path: Junior, Professional, Senior, and Lead/Trainer levels What You'll Do Perform residential cleanings — regular, deep, and move-out Follow our detailed cleaning standards and checklists Work independently or as part of a two-person team Communicate professionally with clients on-site What We're Looking For Reliable transportation — you will travel between client homes across the Greater Seattle area Physical ability to perform cleaning work (standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs) Attention to detail and pride in your work Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy Cleaning experience preferred but not required — we train the right person If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
