Job Responsibilities Performs professional housekeeping duties in guest rooms and public areas, including carrying linens, pushing carts, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, taking out trash, washing windows, and other task as needed. Works under general supervision. Uses attention to detail, independence, initiative, cooperation, and integrity in the performance of assigned tasks. Essential Functions 1. Carries linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, uses wheeled carts. 2. Takes out trash, changes linens, replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, towels, and bathroom items. 3. Dusts, polishes furniture, scrubs bathrooms and floors, washes windows, vacuums, and cleans upholstery and carpet spots. 4. Communicates damage or missing items to the Executive Housekeeper. 5. Works as part of a team to create a welcoming, clean environment for everyone.

Job Specifications:

1. Knowledge of proper handling of cleaning supplies and their uses. 2. Ability to work under pressure because of time limitations. 3. Requires skills such as active listening, and written and oral communication. 4. Requires ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms and legs, as well as the ability to lift and be on your feet for hours.

Pay:

$17.25 - $18.50 per hour
