Welfare for Animals Guild (WAG), a nonprofit dog rescue organization, is seeking a reliable and experienced Facility Support Staff to contribute to daily ranch operations and provide hands-on animal care. This role focuses on dog care, facility management, and support to other team members in a rescue ranch environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure safe, humane care for dogs and people Monitor dog health, behavior, and well-being; report concerns to the Director of Operations Feed, groom, exercise, crate, and handle dogs as needed Maintain cleanliness of kennels, rooms, yards, and overall facility Control barking and assist with dog movement and enrichment Greet visitors and volunteers and provide assistance as needed

Pay:

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
