Requirements Must have a valid driver license, reliable vehicle to use (compensation is given), and insurance. Must be able to work Monday through Friday between times frames of 9:00 to 4:00. Cleaning experience is really needed. I do not mean janitorial, this is housekeeping. Personable and well kept, impressions matter. With the ability to get into tight areas at times. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, bathroom cleaning, detailed cleaning, move in and outs etc. to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure safe, hygienic environments. Handle manual tasks such as a little heavy lifting of equiptment and supplies Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care methods to keep all surfaces spotless and safe. Use janitorial and custodial equipment effectively for cleaning surfaces, windows, and outdoor areas as needed. Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs or concerns to ensure satisfaction. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards. Most of our clients are maintenance, meaning we have had them for years. We do schedule move in and out cleans as well. Have a few businesses too. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is what is needed for this position. The need for someone that has a knowledge of housekeeping is needed to fill this position. Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations and feedback. Ability to perform physical tasks involving manual handling and heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple properties or assignments.
