Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, mops, buffers, and other janitorial tools. Strong understanding of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling procedures for safe use. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety protocols. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences or assignments. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their specific housekeeping needs. Outdoor work experience is a plus for properties requiring exterior maintenance or outdoor cleaning tasks. Knowledge of residential housekeeping best practices combined with custodial experience enhances service quality.
