ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 24/25
Cleaners is seeking at least two experienced independent residential cleaning contractors to provide cleaning services throughout Tukwila and surrounding Washington service areas. This opportunity is best suited for experienced cleaning professionals who take pride in their work, communicate reliably and maintain consistent availability throughout the week. Because these service assignments require direct interaction with English-speaking customers and real-time communication with 24/25 Cleaners, applicants must have sufficient spoken and written English skills to understand service instructions, discuss customer priorities and report service-related concerns independently, without a translator or translation application. Professional residential cleaning experience, reliable transportation and legal authorization to perform services in the United States are required.
COMPENSATION
The displayed hourly rate applies to special cleaning services. Recurring cleaning services are compensated at 40% of the applicable customer service price. Recurring Cleaning Services Independent contractors receive 40% of the applicable customer service price for completed recurring cleaning services. When multiple contractors service the same residence, the 40% contractor compensation is divided equally among the contractors assigned. Special Cleaning Services Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning and other special cleaning services are compensated as follows: $20 per hour during the first three weeks $25 per hour after three weeks The complete compensation structure is explained during the screening process and included in the independent-contractor agreement before onboarding is completed. Additional Compensation and Resources 100% of customer tips paid to the contractor Payments issued every two weeks Standard cleaning supplies and equipment provided by 24/25 Cleaners Contractors may use personally preferred products at their own expense No separate travel payment is provided per serviced location Mileage and travel time between customer locations are not separately compensated Total compensation varies based on contractor availability, customer demand, services performed, customer pricing and the number of contractors assigned. 24/25 Cleaners does not guarantee a specific number of service projects, working hours or amount of compensation.
AVAILABILITY AND SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES 24/25
Cleaners is currently seeking contractors who regularly maintain daytime availability throughout the week. Contractors seeking consistent service opportunities are strongly preferred. Both morning and afternoon availability are preferred. Washington has significant Saturday and Sunday customer demand. Weekend availability is strongly preferred but is not required. Contractors may provide different days of availability based on their individual schedules. Contractors provide their availability in advance. Service opportunities are coordinated based on customer scheduling, contractor availability, cleaning experience, familiarity with the residence and compatibility with other contractors. Contractors may accept or decline offered service projects and may communicate preferences regarding team assignments. Whenever possible, 24/25 Cleaners coordinates the same contractor with recurring customers to support familiarity, efficiency and service consistency.
CLEANING SERVICES
Contractors may provide: Recurring residential cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning Post-construction cleaning Other special cleaning services Typical service responsibilities include: Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common living areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing applicable areas Completing the customer's agreed cleaning scope and preferences Working efficiently while maintaining professional cleaning standards Conducting a final quality review before leaving the residence Communicating directly in English with customers regarding arrival, priorities and routine service questions Communicating promptly with 24/25 Cleaners regarding arrival, completion, delays or customer concerns Reporting property damage, safety concerns, supply issues or unusual conditions immediately Treating customers, residences and personal belongings professionally and respectfully Using and caring for cleaning supplies and equipment Providing services independently or alongside another cleaning contractor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
