Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely and effectively. Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to ensure safety. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the housekeeping services provided. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and the safe use of cleaning detergents. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work when necessary. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interaction. Prior experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is a plus.
