Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established standards and procedures Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces to promote hygiene Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Use industrial cleaning equipment efficiently for deep cleaning projects when required Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Requirements Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial equipment operation Experience with industrial cleaning methods and custodial management is advantageous Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality service Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and outstanding service!
