This role involves training new staff, conducting quality checks, managing schedules, and handling client communications to ensure satisfaction. The supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for the cleaning team and clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of home cleaners. Assist conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company standards. Assist assign daily tasks and cleaning routes to team members. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Drive to the client's home for in-person inspection throughout the day. 2-3 homes. Varies Quality Assurance Conduct frequent on-site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met. Review client feedback and implement necessary adjustments to improve service quality. Ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition. Verify proper use of cleaning products and adherence to safety guidelines. Client Relations Communicate with clients regarding service requests, special instructions, and concerns. Address and resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Provide estimates for new cleaning services and manage client expectations. Operational Duties Help manage cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency and coverage. Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory. Compile inventory purchase orders for monthly stock replenishment Prepare and submit reports on team performance, incidents, and client feedback. QualificationsEducation and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or commercial cleaning. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service. Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and knowledge of various cleaning chemicals. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. Working Conditions Regular travel to various client locations, often starting in the office.
