• 401(k) retirement savings with a discretionary company match determined annually based on company performance Employee Assistance Program Dependent Care and Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Team Member and Resident referral programs Technology designed to make your work easier and improve resident care Cleaning resident apartments and common areas according to established schedules Performing housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community Completing minor repairs and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned Monitoring housekeeping and laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment Reporting supply needs and ensuring appropriate inventory is maintained Logging janitorial and repair requests and following up to ensure they are completed Providing laundry services as needed Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for residents Providing friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members Has previous housekeeping experience; senior living, healthcare, hotel, or similar experience is a plus Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment Is reliable and able to work independently Has strong attention to detail Is comfortable interacting with older adults and their families Provides friendly and professional customer service Works well as part of a team Is willing to learn and contribute wherever needed Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
